Mr. Hurley is a native of Knoxville, Tennessee. He received his Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University College of Law and did his undergraduate work at Emory University and the University of Tennessee.

Kim Lewis joined Hurley Elder Care Law in 2011 as a Community Relations Representative. In this role she serves as a liaison between the firm and many of the professionals and facilities that provide services to the elderly population in Atlanta and surrounding areas.

Sandi Nelson, M.Ed
Sandi Nelson has always been involved with education. For 23 years she taught high school science and advanced her own education by attending additional classes at eleven different universities in several states. Her undergraduate degree is from Mercer University of Atlanta and she holds a Master’s degree from Georgia State University.
Nancy Malheiro
Nancy Malheiro joined Hurley Elder Care Law in 2011 to assist part-time with special projects in the office. Nancy comes to us with over 20 years of experience as an administrative assistant.
Having cared for her husband who had Parkinson’s disease and dementia, Nancy experienced the same emotional and financial challenges of our clients at Hurley Elder Care Law.
Theresa Houston
Theresa is a native of Marietta, Georgia and after twenty-one years she still calls it her home. The youngest and only girl of Bill and Dawn Houston, Theresa grew up with a very large and close extended family. Her two older brothers graduated from Georgia Tech and have careers and families of their own.
